Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully using any mobile application (the "Service") operated by Ladislav Szanto also referred to herein as ”Tsuky Games”, “we”, “our” or “us”)
THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“YOU” OR “YOUR”) AND THE TSUKY GAMES (AS DEFINED ABOVE). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING ANY OF OUR MOBILE-GAME APPLICATIONS AND USING IT IN CONNECTION WITH SERVICES PROVIDED BY US OR OTHERWISE ACCESSED THROUGH THE USE OF AN APPLICATION (SUCH SERVICES AND THE APPLICATION COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICES''). YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE SERVICE.
Tsuky Games reserves the right to update our Terms from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Tsuky Games will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
These terms and conditions are effective as of 2021-08-30
Our Services may include fictional currencies such as coins, gold coins and points (“Virtual Currency”) or in-game digital items (“Virtual Goods”). You may “earn”, “buy” or “purchase” virtual currency or virtual goods from us for real money. You do not in fact “own” the Virtual Items and the amounts of any Virtual Item do not refer to any credit balance of real points or its equivalent.
You agree that all sales of Virtual Items is a completed transaction upon redemption of the applicable payment and shall under no circumstances be refundable, transferable or exchangeable including, without limitation, upon termination of your Account, termination of these Terms, and/or the discontinuation of the Service.
We reserve the right to control, regulate, change or remove any Virtual Items without notice, for any reason or for no reason. We also reserve the right that the amount of virtual points necessary to obtain certain Virtual Items may fluctuate. Tsuky Games has no liability to you for any changes such as change in price and/or the amount of virtual points necessary to obtain Virtual Items.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR GAME DATA AND/OR VIRTUAL ITEMS FOR WHICH YOU HAVE PAID FOR IF YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT (SAVE FILE).
The users cannot commit following behaviors when using Tsuky Games Services:
Copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
Attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Translate the app into other languages.
Make derivative versions.
Develop, distribute, use, or publicly inform other members of cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third party software or applications.
The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Ladislav Szanto.
OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Users shall acknowledge and agree that any risks of using our services will be entirely by themselves; all consequences arising from the use of our services are also borne by themselves, and we assume no responsibility for any reason.
